Moyo

I was struck by the notion that this body of work represents so much more than a collection of two-dimensional photographs of African wildlife. They are an insight and glimpse into a journey filled with passion, joy and purpose. A soulful connection felt towards the wildlife and heart of Africa; to me, the name ‘Moyo’ embodies this.

From my most recent trip to Kenya in 2022, I have witnessed first- hand the far reaching and critical work that Ol Pejeta and Reteti Elephant Sanctuary provide to safeguard the wildlife populations they care for and protect. The galvanising dedication and unrelenting sacrifice of the rangers, employees and the involvement of the local communities in their conservation efforts is inspirational. Therefore, 20% of profit from all sales from the Moyo Collection will be donated to these two organisations in support and admiration of them.
